Tech Break sessions: helping you to get confident with IT

What's it about?

We've a series of free weekly one-to-one support sessions so you can get the most from your smartphone or digital device.  Friendly, knowledgeable volunteers can help with questions about how to use your device either over the phone or via a Zoom call to:

  • Stay in touch with others?
  • Get online travel directions?
  • Share photos with friends?
  • Connect to wifi?
  • Book a GP appointment online?
  • Set up a supermarket shop online?

Staff from Okta, tech company, are very kindly helping with the project.

How to book?

Just email our Helpline, via the button below to book your one-to-one IT support slot, with details of your current experience of using your device (smartphone, tablet or pc) and what you'd like to achieve.  You can also call our Helpline on 020 7281 6018 to book.

At the end of your first session, you'll have the opportunity to book a further session for another week, if you'd like.
