Join Nature's Pure Love for a  FREE workshop about "Natural Approach to Sleep, Anxiety & Depression"!

When: Tues 6th April, 10am - 12pm

What's it about?  Participants will gain a better insight to the spheres of mental health, the value of sleep, they will learn simple effective methods and tools that will help them better manage and cope with stress and anxiety. They will gain an insight of how to self-care through the challenges and fear.

Fortunately, there’s an entire arsenal of ways you can manage and reduce stress and anxiety.

We’ll be diving deeper into the multi-layered topic of anxiety, what your anxiety could be telling you, and arming you with some techniques and support options for the next time it rears its ugly head.The class will be facilitated by Raksha Kundra and Velma from Nature's Pure Love.

It's for adults over 18 years who are Islington residents / with a GP in Islington / caring for someone who is an Islington resident.
