Calling all interested in creative writing, poems & songs!

A poetry writing taster session for mental health week hosted by Lia Linton. We will focus on creating inspirational personal poems, using favourite uplifting songs as prompts.

Participants will have a chance to learn and practice two different poetry forms.  There will be plenty of opportunity to chat, with a break for tea, coffee & biscuits.

Adults (18yrs+) living in Islington are welcome and no previous experience is necessary.

How to take part?
