With mental health awareness week in May, we're hosting a special online "Let's Talk" group. Share what you know & find local solutions! It's relaxed, friendly and social....

When: Wednesday 5th May, 10.30am - 12pm

What's it about?

During this pandemic, so many people have experienced a dip in their mental health, or seen a loved one struggle. If this resonates with you, then make sure you join us for a special Let's Talk session on Wed 5th May.

We'll be hearing from presenters of free services that can help support mental health. There will also be plenty of opportunity for discussion, to share thoughts about something you're having difficulties with or something you've discovered that you want to share.

It's a safe, confidential space to discuss what you want to discuss. There's no commitment to attend ongoing sessions.  Why not give one a try?

There will be lots of opportunity to share your experiences and to ask questions.  Drop in for a short time, or the whole session.  It's up to you!

What's taking place?

10.30am to 11.00am – Introductions and Updates by Shamin Noronha, Age UK Islington

11.00am to 11.30am – Presentation from Dr Richard Graham (Clinical Director) from Good Thinking NHS approved service

11.30am to 12.00pm – Presentation from Cerdic Hall (Nurse Consultant) from Peer Coaching Project, Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust
