FROM YOUR PC / TABLET / SMARTPHONE

Join us for a fun, creative, weekly session making your own "Art Journal"

When: Every Monday, 11-12pm

What is Art Journaling? It's creative, it's fun and there are no rules. You'd need some paper, something with colour, anything you can get hold of. You can even use your fingers to paint!

Art Journaling is more than putting colour and words to paper, it is a tool to experiment with your inner creativity in a relaxed environment. Everyone can Art Journal, and will get lots out of the session!

All you need for the session is:

Some paper – A small stack of A4 photocopy paper is fine / art paper of 150gsm or thicker is preferable.

Writing and colouring material –  anything you already have - pens, pencils, acrylic paints, watercolour, marker pens, crayons, pastels, food colouring, even tea bags and coffee make wonderful colouring materials.

Glue stick

Some old magazines or brochures

A pair of scissors

Paper towels - it can get messy!

If you have the time before the session, you might like to look through some old magazines and cut out any images and words that you like or ‘speaks’ to you.

How to take part? You'll need to book a place - email our Activities Team to let us know you would like to attend activities@ageukislington.org.uk.
