Join Lazza and Jack for a fun interactive session to discover what micro-changes we can make in our lifestyles to improve our confidence and wellbeing. Their enthusiasm is infectious!
There's also the option to join us for a light lunch at the regular Men's group which meets every Monday at Old Fire Station.
Mind-set - are we over thinking & complicating things?
Nutrition - macronutrients. Making better decisions.
Exercise - a musical offering for the whole body.
Health - we need to look after physical, mental, social together.
