Are you interested in learning essential, lifesaving first aid skills to help in an emergency? If so, our first aid workshop might be for you. These are interactive workshops, run by experienced British Red Cross educators, that build your confidence to help someone in a first aid emergency, using everyday objects around you.

As a result of this workshop you will learn to:

  • perform essential first aid skills
  • build confidence and willingness to help in a first aid emergency
  • assess and manage risks to make informed choices when helping others

These workshops are not accredited courses. For accredited first aid courses, suitable for health and safety training for work or to support you in everyday life, visit Red Cross First Aid training.
