Help reduce stress, anxiety and maintain flexibility! Join us for a weekly online yoga & meditation session 

When: Fridays at 11am -  12pm (noon)

Join us online to learn about yoga, mindfulness, and wellness. Come take a moment to breathe, relax, and take some time for yourself. 

In this class, we will be focusing on gentle flexibility to help keep our bodies healthy and bringing our awareness back to our breath through yoga.

This special series of sessions are accessible to all, providing the option to join either from a chair or from a mat on the floor.

How to take part? You'll need to book a place - email our Activities Team to let us know you would like to attend 

Need help to join using Zoom?
You'll simply need to click on the Zoom link at the time of the session, and follow the prompts. For further help getting familiar and getting started with Zoom, please see our website.
Can my friends attend? 
The activities are open to adults of all ages, and we'd look forward to welcoming your friends. They'd need to be registered with Age UK Islington to take part - to register, contact our helpline on 020 7281 6018 /
Making a donation
When you book to attend a class, please consider making a donation to the Guru Ram Das Project if you can afford to. GRDP shares yoga classes such as this one with people who are unable to attend ordinary public classes due to physical or mental ill health, mobility issues, poverty or exclusion.
