Help reduce stress, anxiety and maintain flexibility! Join us for a weekly online yoga & meditation session
When: Fridays at 11am - 12pm (noon)
Join us online to learn about yoga, mindfulness, and wellness. Come take a moment to breathe, relax, and take some time for yourself.
In this class, we will be focusing on gentle flexibility to help keep our bodies healthy and bringing our awareness back to our breath through yoga.
This special series of sessions are accessible to all, providing the option to join either from a chair or from a mat on the floor.
How to take part? You'll need to book a place - email our Activities Team to let us know you would like to attend activities@ageukislington.org.uk.
